NYS Maple Conference Participant Registration
Registration includes dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday as well as admission to trade show and workshops. Friday Only is $30, Saturday Only is $60 and Friday/Saturday is $70. If registering online or paying via credit card there is a 4% processing fee. Any registrations submitted after December 29th will incur a late fee.
Pre-registered Participants are served first and guaranteed meals. At-the-Door Registrations meals are subject to availability.
If you do not complete the payment portion of this form, your registration is incomplete and not valid.
No registration refunds.
